We are Missionary priests of the African District-in-Formation Gulf of Guinea (DFGG). Our unit is part of the "big family" of the Society of African Missions (SMA Fathers), a worldwide missionary society of Catholic priests. For over 150 years, the SMA has been working for the evangelization of Africa.

From the early 1980's young Africans heeding the call of Pope Paul VI: “Africans become your own missionaries" took the challenge in involving themselves in the evangelization of Africa.

We, members of the African District-in-Formation Gulf of Guinea (DFGG) are from Togo, Ghana, Ivory-Cost, Liberia and Burkina-Faso; working in Kenya, the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Africa, Zambia, Central African Republic, Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia, USA, Italy and France.
